Pasta Making Class + Wine Tour

The winery visit lasts about one hour and includes a complete tour, with information about the Valpolicella Classica area, the grapes, the “appassimento” (drying) method, the stages involved in making an Amarone, and a visit to the Storica and Magnifica aging cellars.
After the visit, the cooking class will begin, with a professional chef: you will learn how to make 3 different types of pasta and how to cook 2 sauces to go with it.
At the end of the cooking class, you will be able to eat what you have prepared and will sample 5 wines together with the food.
You will also have the possibility of purchasing the Tommasi wines, which are available from our wine shop with a special 10% discount.

Every Wednesday, by prior arrangement.

From 10.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
